As a Security Account Manager – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Durham, NC
• Set Full-time Day Shift schedule:
  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
• Competitive hourly wage range:
  • $23.50/Hr., bi-weekly pay periods (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Security Account Manager

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Over site security officers and shift supervisors.
• Work directly with client regarding post orders, tour rounds and other security related functions.
• Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients
• Analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• A strong background in contract security site management of large account.
• Security experience in scheduling, training, supervising, etc.
• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
• Proactively maintaining communication channels via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
• Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff
• Meet regularly with clients to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account
• Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy
• Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned account
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
• Comfort working on call after hours and weekends

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Mandatory Qualifications:
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience as a security account manager
  • Experience with scheduling and payroll
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products, word, excel
  • Must have clean drivers record

• NC PPSB Unarmed Security License
• Adult CPR/First Aid Certification
