Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Burgaw, NC

Pay Range:

Shift: 1st shift (M-Th, 5:00am-3:30pm, Friday OT as needed) & 2nd Shift (M-Th, 3:30pm-2:00am, Friday OT as needed)

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate production machinery following established procedures and guidelines
• Use computer-controlled equipment to select positions and secure automatic or semi-automatic machines
• Adjust machine settings to ensure routine tasks are completed according to specifications
• Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of related experience or specialized training/certification
• Ability to work under moderate supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
