Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Services in Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence at a dynamic business location, assisting visitors, managing access, monitoring alarms and badge activity, and responding to security-related concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping to deter incidents. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access at the front desk, greet visitors, verify credentials, and direct guests according to site-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and communicate access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
