The Inside Sales & Office Coordinator provides support in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the branch is able to meet its growth targets.

• Provide support to office & sales teams.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Ensures that customer needs are met, including both sales and support.
• Prepares product orders and schedules deliveries.
• Assists with project management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Attends product training, project meetings and sales training.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Positive attitude.
• Must be able to take direction and execute.
• Must be comfortable working with deadlines.
• Analytical thinking.
• Computer savvy!
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in construction, HVAC/R, or mechanical engineering is a plus.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
