Job Description

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a MES Project Manager in Raleigh, NC to support upcoming project activity.

You will be responsible for:

Lead end-to-end project management of Syncade MES implementation and optimization initiatives.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project execution.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all MES project-related communications, status updates, and stakeholder reporting.

Oversee system design, configuration, testing, validation, and deployment in alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Ensure MES solutions align with manufacturing process improvements, operational efficiency, and compliance standards (e.g., FDA, GMP).

Facilitate user training, documentation, and change management activities to support MES adoption and sustainability.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners or system integrators involved in the project.

About you:

Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of leading MES projects.

Expertise in Syncade MES software, including system configuration, implementation, and optimization.

Background in process industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or chemicals is strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, regulatory compliance (e.g., cGMP, FDA), and quality systems.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMI, Agile, MS Project, or similar).

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, life sciences, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Experience with system validation and documentation in regulated industries is a plus..
