**Job Overview:** The **Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Planning** manages a team of Supply Chain Planners accountable to maximize KDP Customer Service by having the right inventory, at the right place, at the right time. Demonstrated experience with supply planning transactions (production, purchase, transfer) informed by strong analytical skills are required to deliver key metrics (Fill Rate, On Time in Full) across all customers, skus, and network locations. They are responsible for monitoring the entire order-to delivery cycle and required to work cross-functionally across the entire supply chain to ensure inventory availability to meet customer's preferred delivery dates. They will be highly proficient in end-to-end Supply Chain functions, including planning, order management, transportation, and warehousing. A deep understanding and strong hands-on capability using SAP ECC and APO is required. You will work with Demand Planning, Sales & Marketing, Transportation, and Manufacturing to create effective production and fulfillment plans. You will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing sites or distribution centers are aligned to production and fulfillment plans and communicate supply constraints back to the organization You will also develop weekly/monthly supply plans and risk mitigation recommendations as an input to the S&OE weekly mtg. cadence. Ability to summarize complex scenarios into logical stories to gain alignment on corrective countermeasures is a critical skill for this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing various ad-hoc projects focusing on process improvements to deliver productivity. **Position Responsibilities** + Lead and mentor team to deliver best in class service levels for our customers, measured by Fill Rate and On Time In Full Metrics + Support, participate, and provide standard inputs for recurring Sales and Operations Planning mtg. cycle + Act as a liaison between Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, & Marketing and functions, communicating and troubleshooting issues, problems, and concerns + Continuously review the sales forecast, analyze production plans and inventory reports, availability / requirements for long lead time items to provide production guidance to the manufacturing sites. + Recommend and implement production and transportation actions when products are in out-of-stock or allocation situations. + Demonstrate continuous improvement mindset and evolve team capabilities and process to become more efficient, eliminate waste, and prevent obsolescence + Relish the details, use material/plant specific data points to inform decision making **Characteristics for Success** + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to tell stories using data to gain alignment on recommendations to create business value + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. + Initiative-taker, proactively leans in to solve problems + Ability to be flexible and communicate efficiently with global partners. + Ability to multitask and maintain composure in stressful situations. **Total Rewards:** + Salary Range: $123,300- $160,000 / year. + Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors + Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement + Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree is highly preferred in Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or a related field + Prior experience with SAP as an ERP system is required + 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning and/or leadership experience + Prior experience with order management, transportation, and warehousing preferred + Experience in root-cause analysis and corrective action methodology strongly preferred + 3 years of direct individual contributor experience in supply planning / scheduling / fulfillment (preferably for consumer-packaged goods manufacturer) + 3 years' experience in Excel performing advanced functions, and aptitude for analytics tools such PowerBI + Prior experience leading cross functional projects to deliver net productivity **Company Overview:** Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partner brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
