Cowboy Coating is a fast-growing luxury detail shop in Mooresville, North Carolina, specializing in ceramic coating, multi-stage paint correction, and premium auto detailing services. We’re looking to expand our team with a skilled, experienced In-Shop Detailer who can deliver showroom-quality results to our clients’ vehicles.
What We’re Looking For:
- Multiple years of professional detailing experience (required).
- Advanced knowledge of paint correction processes (2–4 stage).
- Skilled in ceramic coating application (vehicles, wheels, glass, interiors).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow with a high-end shop.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full interior and exterior detailing at a luxury standard.
- Execute paint decontamination and correction to restore vehicles.
- Apply ceramic coatings with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate professionally with the team and clients.
