Assembler 1st Shift

Job Title: Assembler - $18/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling front-end loader and smaller tractor equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a climate-controlled facility with potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled or utilize a blueprint.
• Assemble and fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners with hand tools, power tools, or air tools.
• Remove small quantities of metal to ensure close fits between parts.
• Operate machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations as specified.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing basic housekeeping duties throughout the shift.
• Be open to taking on additional roles and responsibilities as requested by supervisors or managers outside typical assembly duties.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably assembly.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience working with hand tools and power tools.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in assembly manufacturing environment is preferred.

Shift- 5am- 3:30pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
