PARALEGAL

• Act as a friendly and professional point of contact, communicating effectively with clients and various stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate calendars, deadlines, appointments, and scheduling to ensure smooth case progression.
• Keep matters organized by diligently tracking tasks, deadlines, and related activities.
• Continuously refine and implement streamlined processes and procedures to boost efficiency.
• Draft, prepare, and meticulously proofread correspondence and other legal documents.
• Prepare document redlines, conduct conflict checks, and create engagement agreements accurately.
• Create clear, professional, and compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to actively support case strategies.
• Efficiently gather, verify, and organize facts pertinent to ongoing matters.
• Draft detailed legal documents, including motions, subpoenas, complaints, and witness lists.
• Summarize case details effectively, preparing comprehensive and insightful reports.
• Perform in-depth legal document analysis and manage sophisticated e-discovery processes. What You Bring
• Paralegal experience, ideally focused in one or more of our key practice areas.
• Superb organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and an analytical mind.
• Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable interacting confidently with clients, attorneys, and colleagues.
• Tech proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suite, case management software, and e-discovery platforms.
• Initiative and independence—you proactively tackle challenges and keep cases moving smoothly.
