Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist with expertise in vascular and IR procedures. The position requires advanced knowledge of angiography and sterile technique within an OR setting, supporting a high-acuity teaching hospital environment. Candidates must be highly proficient in operating the Siemens Hybrid Artis Pheno Fluoroscopy system independently and have solid skills in scrubbing, circulating, and equipment troubleshooting.

Location: Greensboro, NC

Contract Details:

• Schedule includes five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, flexible to department needs
• Weekend rotation every fourth weekend on call (7:00 AM 7:00 AM)
• On-call responsibilities two days per week beginning at 4:00 PM on weekdays until completion of cases; weekends 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• Holiday work required when scheduled

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Minimum one year of post-graduate or on-the-job experience as an IR Technologist
• BLS certification required; ARRT(R) certification minimum, VI or CV preferred; RCIS with vascular rotations considered
• Strong proficiency and experience with IR/Vascular procedures including angiography and vascular interventions
• Ability to scrub and assist in procedures, circulate, operate and troubleshoot OR equipment
• Experience in working with Siemens ARTIS Q, Siemens Hybrid Artis Pheno, and GE Ultrasound systems is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Perform angiography and vascular intervention procedures with precision and independent operation of complex imaging equipment
• Assist neuro and body interventionalists in multiple OR settings
• Maintain knowledge of technical equipment, supplies, and room troubleshooting
• Collaborate within a team-oriented, fast-paced department environment
• Support multiple procedure rooms as needed to accommodate caseload
