About the Position
The Account Executive is responsible for driving hospital and ambulatory sales across acute care settings in the USA. This role focuses on strategic account planning, contract execution, and revenue growth by selling comprehensive healthcare staffing and workforce solutions. The position partners closely with Sales Leadership, Operations, and Recruitment teams to ensure client acquisition, fulfillment, and long-term relationship management.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience
- Acute care sales experience (mandatory)
- Staffing experience in the acute care setting (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer proficiency required
- Bachelors Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive weekly sales activities and achieve assigned revenue and performance targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales pursuit plans for approved hospital accounts
- Generate new sales leads and open job requisitions within acute care settings
- Create, negotiate, and manage contracts through full execution and client activation
- Engage and collaborate with national recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment and service delivery
- Market solutions to Directors, Managers, CFOs, HR leaders, Procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers
- Sell healthcare staffing and workforce solutions including:
- Nursing
- Allied Health
- Locums
- Revenue Cycle
- MSP (Managed Service Programs)
- Technology Solutions
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and multi-touch marketing campaigns targeting national and regional healthcare systems
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships post-contract execution
- Provide industry insights, real-time reporting, and consultative guidance to clients
- Promote outsourced acute staffing benefits to healthcare organizations
- Model company values of compliance, integrity, and customer service
