About the Role:
STANLEY GB OPS LLC is looking for a driven and motivated Sales professional to join our growing team in Greensboro, NC! Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong drive encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong work ethic
- Ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
- Must be located in or able to commute to Greensboro, NC
