Position: Restaurant Manager (FOH & BOH)
Location: Raleigh, NC (North Hills) – New Restaurant Opening!
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (based on experience) + Bonuses
Experience: Casual or Upscale Dining preferred

Responsibilities:

• Leading the Team: Train, mentor, and develop staff to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
• Driving Operations: Oversee daily FOH or BOH operations for seamless service and exceptional quality.
• Ensuring Guest Satisfaction: Champion excellent guest relations and turn visitors into loyal regulars.
• Managing Finances: Handle cash management, control costs, and contribute to the restaurant’s financial health.
• Upholding Standards: Enforce top-tier food safety and sanitation practices.
• Building Your Crew: Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Employee Relations: Cultivate professional relationships with your team to boost morale and retention.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of salaried management experience in a restaurant with annual sales of $2 million or higher .
• Proven expertise in Front of House or Back of House management.
• A passion for the restaurant industry and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
