YOUR PURPOSE:

As an SBA Senior Loan Underwriter, you will empower entrepreneurs to manifest their dreams by transforming their financial stories. You'll be the bridge between aspiration and achievement, analyzing complex loan requests of $500K+ and helping small businesses flourish through SBA and USDA programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a Financial Detective - Dive deep into financial statements, business plans, and projections with the curiosity of a wellness explorer discovering new paths to growth
• Design Cash Flow Experiences - Create powerful financial models and identify opportunities that structure loans for maximum impact and sustainable success
• Trust Your Inner Wisdom - Use your intuitive judgment to assess risk while identifying the hidden potential in every credit opportunity

Knowledge & Experience:

• 5-7 years of SBA underwriting mastery
• 10+ years of financial services and cash flow expertise
• Bachelor's degree (your foundation for greatness)
• Deep knowledge of SBA policies and compliance
