Assembly Operator III/IV/V Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 to $32.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Assemble precision components and cable/connector products
• Work with small parts, hand tools, and measuring devices
• Follow written work instructions and quality standards
• Inspect and document work to ensure accuracy and traceability
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support production goals and continuous improvement efforts

Assembly Operator III/IV/V Qualifications:

• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience (level-dependent)
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with small/intricate parts
• Ability to remain standing or stationary for long periods
• Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime when needed
• Ability to read and understand written English instructions

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
