Holiday Light Installer Helper – No Experience Needed!
Fairway Home Maintenance – Pittsboro, NC
Pay: Starting at $22/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (October–December, with potential for year-round work in home maintenance)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays if needed
About the Job:
Join the Fairway Home Maintenance team and help bring holiday magic to local neighborhoods! We’re hiring Christmas Light Installer Helpers to assist in hanging professional-quality lighting on homes and properties throughout Chatham Park and the surrounding areas.
No prior lighting experience is required — we’ll train you on everything you need to know. What matters most is being dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work outdoors .
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installers with hanging and removing Christmas lights on roofs, gutters, trees, and landscape features
- Help assemble and organize lighting materials, clips, cords, and equipment
- Safely work on ladders and rooftops under supervision
- Load and unload tools and materials from company vehicles
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude on every job site
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor labor
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Willing to learn and follow directions carefully
- Experience in construction, landscaping, pressure washing, or other outdoor work is a plus (but not required)
- Driver’s license preferred
