We are looking for an experienced licensed New Home Sales Area Manager to join our team in the Charlotte, NC metro area. Position Summary:

As the Area Sales Manager for Charlotte, NC, you’ll use your well-honed mentoring and coaching skills to lead New Home Sales Agents towards elevated sales performance. This is a critical role towards helping us to achieve our purpose – to enhance people’s quality of life.

Your extensive new home sales leadership expertise will enable you to guide your team, providing encouragement to help them develop a trusted relationship with our potential buyers resulting in sales conversion and delighted customers. Through you’re expertly executed sales rallies, training and team building activities, your team will be motivated, engaged and crushing their sales goals!

What you’ll do:

  1. Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales and closing goals.
  2. Plan and lead regular sales team rallies to lead, inspire, and train.
  3. Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly sales and closing goals.
  4. Help to negotiate (as needed) and approve sales contracts
  5. Continuously improve and periodically gather competitive information. Assist in analyzing data to secure market share and positioning.
  6. Collaborate with Marketing team to achieve organizational objectives
  7. Recruit and retain high quality Sales Agents
  8. Maintain updated commission structure for Sales Agents for payroll approval
  9. Act as liaison between sales team, homeowners, production, office staff and other management team members to resolve concerns and questions to ensure the Company objective of 100% total customer satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
  10. Engage with the Construction and Land teams to stay knowledgeable with lot releases, development issues, and construction restraints to properly instruct Sales Agents.
  11. Initiate the Start Up and Close Out process for communities under your direction.
  12. Lead the sales team to continuously improve the efficiency of our homebuilding process. and stay current with all Product Development Changes

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education:

  • College degree preferred.

Licenses:

  • North Carolina Real Estate License required
  • North Carolina Brokers License preferred

Experience:

  • Two + years of new home sales management experience
  • Industry training in sales and marketing techniques

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office
  • CRM
