Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract opportunity spans 37.5 hours per week, providing dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) services across PreK, elementary, and high school settings. Your expertise will empower children of all ages to reach key milestones and build essential language and communication skills.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Hold current or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience or strong interest in school-based settings and working with students aged PreK through high school
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in PreK, elementary, and high school populations
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments to identify and track student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reporting for each student
• Partner with teachers, families, and school staff to support generalization of communication skills into academic and social settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary discussions and planning
