Qualifications We Value:

1. Active Virginia OR North Carolina Real Estate License (Strictly Required to Apply). (Dual-licensed agents are highly valued!)
2. Excitement to serve the local cross-border markets, specifically Chesapeake, VA, as well as Moyock, Elizabeth City, Hertford, and South Mills, NC.
3. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new CRM platforms and digital tools.
4. Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00+ per year (Commission-based - Unlimited Earning Potential)
