We are seeking a motivated and dependable Office Administrator to support daily office operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, works efficiently, takes direction well, and is eager to grow professionally within the company.
This position is ideal for a candidate with prior work experience who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily office and administrative operations
- Answer phones, emails, and assist with internal and external communication
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Assist leadership and team members with administrative tasks and scheduling
- Enter and manage data accurately using company computer systems
- Monitor office supplies and assist with general office organization
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and follow direction promptly
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a busy and fast-moving environment
- Ability to take direction and act on it immediately
- Computer literacy, including experience with email, Microsoft Office, and basic office software
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Desire for long-term growth and development within the company
