We’re looking for a Health Enrollment Specialist — someone who’s confident in guiding people through life-changing commitments and who can ensure their first experience with us is seamless, supportive, and spiritually aligned.

You’re not doing the hard sell — but you’re the one who brings the deal to life.

What You’ll Actually Do

Post-Evaluation Conversion

• Meet with clients after their practitioner consultation to walk them through program logistics: payment, financing, scheduling, labs, onboarding

• Ensure clarity on their investment and next steps

• If they hesitate or are declined for financing, help reframe , offer alternatives, or present smaller program options

• Follow up with prospects who don’t enroll immediately

Supplement Sales & Fulfillment

• Manage supplement inventory, reordering, and fulfillment

• Run promotions, encourage protocol compliance, and make it easier to buy

• Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to grow product revenue

Client Experience & Retention

• Act as the onboarding quarterback for each new member

• Build strong, trust-based relationships

• Ensure every client feels fully supported from day one

• Have experience in healthcare, wellness, or concierge-style support

• Have some light sales experience (upselling, closing hesitations, guiding financial decisions)

• Are confident navigating money conversations — especially when emotions are high
