Dispatcher Coordinator – Law Enforcement Support (Huntersville, NC)

We are hiring a professional and detail‐oriented Dispatcher Coordinator to support police officers and partner agencies with scheduling, communications, and administrative needs. This is a fully in‐office role in Huntersville, NC with a strong team‐focused environment and growth opportunities.

Schedule, Pay & Location:

• $20–$23/hour (temp-to-hire, 3–4 months)
• Second shift options: 3pm–11pm or 4pm–12am
• Schedules: Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday
• Onsite Huntersville, NC

Training:

• 3 weeks total (Week 1: 8am–5pm; then shift selection)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist officers and agencies with scheduling and service coordination
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and system tickets (moderate call volume)
• Complete accurate data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Communicate professionally via phone and email at all times
• Follow detailed guidelines (“run books”) for multiple agencies
