???? Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 (Depending on Experience)

About the Opportunity:

W3Global's client, a leading full-service law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate or Counsel to join their Corporate Practice Group in Charlotte, NC.

This team advises a diverse portfolio of public and privately held companies on complex business matters, including commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance . The firm values business-minded attorneys who bring practical solutions and client-first thinking to their work.

Position Overview:

As a key member of the Corporate Practice Group, you will:

• Review, draft, and negotiate principal and ancillary agreements related to supply, purchase, service, and transportation transactions

• Provide counsel on a variety of corporate and commercial projects , from day-to-day operations to strategic business initiatives

• Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters

• Develop close working relationships with clients to deliver pragmatic, results-oriented advice

• Collaborate within a team-oriented, growth-minded environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✅ 3+ years of experience in corporate transactional work
✅ Background in commercial contracts, corporate governance, or M&A (M&A experience a plus, not required)
✅ Strong understanding of business operations and contract structures
✅ Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
✅ Proactive, inquisitive, and committed to learning and professional growth
