Requirements/Responsibilities

Front of House (FOH) Shift Leadership – Execute set-up sheets, manage productivity, and approve shift swaps to prepare for success. Team Development – Lead on-shift training, feedback, trailmarkers, and coaching conversations. Culture Building – Use microbursts of positivity and intentional actions to promote a wholesome, energetic culture. Decision Matrix Leadership – Supervise, delegate, and respond with discernment using our Mission and Core Values. CEM Awareness – Proactively engage in improving and protecting the guest experience. Back of House (BOH) Shift Leadership – Organize BOH teams, productivity, and setup with precision and speed. Team Development – Actively coach BOH team members through on-the-job training and evaluation. Culture Building – Reinforce positive, humble teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Decision Matrix Leadership – Make high-level, value-driven decisions that impact quality and speed. CEM Awareness – Focus on food quality, accuracy, and speed of service with guest satisfaction top of mind.Special Instructions
