Job Title: Esthetician

We are currently looking for a full time esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, specializing in lash extension application. You will need 1 year or more experience applying lash extensions and the ability to apply a full set in 2 hours.

In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of the client journey, from the initial consultation to the follow-up. Other essential duties include:

* Applying lash extensions with high quality and accuracy

* Performing other services like waxing, facials, and spray tans

* Consulting with clients on their needs and skin conditions, providing the best service possible

* Maintaining a clean workspace

* Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Responsibilities :

- Perform high-quality esthetic services such as lash extensions, waxing, facials, spray tans, and lash lifts

- Consult with clients to determine their needs and recommend appropriate services

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Follow all health and safety protocols and maintain proper sanitation practices

- Educate clients on proper skincare and aftercare for their services

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

Requirements :

- Must hold a valid esthetician license in the state of North Carolina

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a salon or spa setting

- Proficient in lash extensions, waxing, facials, and lash lifts

- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong client relationships

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
