Landscape Maintenance Field Manager

We’re passionate about creating and maintaining outdoor environments that our clients love — and we’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Field Manager to lead our maintenance crews and ensure everything runs efficiently in the field.
About the Role
The Field Manager plays a key leadership role, overseeing field operations, supporting maintenance teams, and ensuring client properties meet Element’s quality standards. You’ll coordinate schedules, manage equipment, coach crew members, and serve as a critical link between the field and management team.
Note: FLUENT bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are required for this position.
What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assign and schedule maintenance crews to service client properties
- Supervise daily field operations and support team performance
- Train crew members on proper time entry, job expectations, and safety protocols
- Review and approve timecards and daily timesheets
- Conduct property walkthroughs and quality checks after service
- Step in for light hands-on maintenance work if needed (e.g., pruning, turf care)
- Oversee maintenance division equipment, including inspections and minor repairs
- Coordinate external equipment repairs and manage inventory
- Communicate regularly with management about progress, staffing, and field needs
- Serve as a professional point of contact for both crew members and clients
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Bilingual – Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting field equipment
- Comfortable using digital timekeeping, scheduling, and reporting tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
