Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a chat or remote environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable using chat software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
