Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time - PM ONLY ....Must be over 18 yrs old

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and small wares using a commercial dishwasher or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish station throughout the shift.
• Sort, stack, and store clean items in designated areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen area and floors regularly.
• Wipe down doors, surfaces, sinks, and kitchen equipment.
• Take out trash, recyclables, and food waste in compliance with safety procedures.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to a supervisor.
• Restock cleaning supplies and paper goods.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper use of chemicals.
• Assist in closing and opening cleaning procedures as scheduled
• Support a positive and respectful work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be 18yrs or older
• Consistent and reliable
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry 40-65 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for long periods
