In the role of Plant Maintenance Head , you will be the maestro conducting the symphony of safety, efficiency, and innovation at our manufacturing facility. Your leadership will direct preventive and corrective maintenance, building a team that thrives in a zero-harm environment. Core Duties:

Safety First

• Enforce compliance with safety measures and lead by example.
• Investigate incidents and guide safety improvements.

Team Development

• Grow and guide a 30-member maintenance team.
• Implement onboarding and professional growth programs.

Operational Excellence

• Orchestrate maintenance activities with precision.
• Manage CMMS systems and optimize plant processes.

Resource Management

• Control budgetary constraints and inventory management.
• Oversee critical equipment maintenance and enhancement projects.

Job Requirements:

We seek applicants with:

• A High School diploma or equivalent; an engineering degree is a bonus.
• 7+ years in maintenance leadership.
• Competency with CMMS and office software; SAP and AutoCAD are advantages.
• Robust mechanical/electrical skills.
• Capability to handle physical tasks up to 50 lbs and a readiness to acquire a forklift license.

Proficiency in preventive maintenance planning and safety inspection is essential, along with expertise in CAD technology.
