Looking for a dynamic and rewarding role in the heart of New Bern, NC? At Blackbeard's Triple Play Restaurant and Bar, we’re all about great food, refreshing drinks, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcome and well cared for. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests promptly with a positive, professional attitude.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Monitoring tables and anticipating guest needs throughout their visit.
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to assist guests with their choices.
• Handling guest questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Processing payments, responsibly handling cash, and following all checkout procedures.
• Keeping your section clean and organized, including tables, floors, and service stations.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Supporting your teammates during busy periods to deliver excellent service across the restaurant.
