Onsite, Part-Time Administrator Position
Pay: $18/hr. - $22/hr.
There are two administrative opportunities available:
- One position is Monday - Friday from 9AM - 4PM
- The second position is an alternating schedule. In example, MWF: 8AM - 1PM and TTH: 10AM - 3PM
JOB SUMMARY :
The Administrator is primarily responsible for supporting general administration tasks as well as shipping and receiving tasks. Duties include directing incoming phone calls, organizing general email inbox, identifying incoming packing slips, creating outgoing shipping labels, and ordering shipping supplies. In addition, this person may be responsible for assisting with ad hoc duties as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer multi-line telephone system; distribute calls appropriately
- Organize general email inbox and either handle or forward emails appropriately
- Greet guests at front of office and assist with directing them where appropriately needed
- Create shipping labels in FedEx and UPS portals, accurately place labels on corresponding boxes
- Entering tracking numbers in packing slips in ERP system for customer orders, samples and RMA’s
- Calculate and add any shipping charges for net terms orders during this time to the packing slips
- Scan booked packing slip list daily to Office Administrator to create invoices
- Identify incoming packing slips in ERP system against physical, received shipments.
- Interact with co-workers, reps, customers and distributors in a professional and courteous manner
