Production/Customer Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities for Beaming, Weaving, and Finishing.
• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders promptly and courteously.
• Schedule shipments effectively to meet customer needs.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including preparing orders for shipment and maintaining organized inventory areas.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials as needed for production and shipping.
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize production processes.
• Learn and understand the customer’s business to enable accurate volume forecasting.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy through ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and QuickBooks.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Exceptional computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
