Job Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Security Architect specializing in SaaS Security. The role involves assessing and securing enterprise SaaS applications, conducting in-depth security reviews, threat modeling, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SaaS security posture management (SSPM), cloud security architecture, threat modeling, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth SaaS security assessments, identifying misconfigurations and mitigating risks across identity, data, and application layers.
• Perform threat modeling as needed to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Establish SaaS implementation guidance for the enterprise to ensure secure adoption.
• Contribute to the adoption of SSPM tools to continuously monitor and enforce security baselines.
• Implement automation and security-as-code approaches to reduce manual security efforts and improve response times.
• Collaborate with IT and application teams to embed security best practices into SaaS adoption and deployment processes.
• Develop security reports, risk dashboards, and architectural recommendations to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security architecture, or SaaS security.
• Deep expertise in SaaS security models, IAM, encryption, API security, and threat modeling.
• Proficiency in threat modeling methodologies such as STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK, and kill chain analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust principles, DevSecOps, and cloud-native security best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive security strategy and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience securing SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with SSPM solutions like Obsidian, AppOmni, and Adaptive Shield, as well as security automation tools.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.

Pay Range: $70 - $80

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
