Once you’re approved, you’ll gain access to our sitter booking app , where families post requests for care. You can:

• View available jobs in real time.
• Accept the bookings that work for your schedule.
• Decline anything that doesn’t (no pressure, no penalties).

Jobs range from last-minute care to planned date nights, backup care, drop-off care, and more.

Pay & Perks:

• Hourly pay ranges from $18–$35/hour , depending on the job.
• Paid as a W-2 employee.
