Responsibilities- Process warranty claims accurately and promptly.
- Interact and collaborate closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth claim processing.
- Maintain records of all warranty activities and comply with company policies.
- Communicate with manufacturers as needed regarding claims and approvals.
- Identify and report any trends or discrepancies in warranties to management.
- Proven experience as a warranty administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with technical staff.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems for warranty processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
