Role Overview
This role is ideal for a relationship driven insurance professional who believes protecting families is more important than pushing policies. As a Personal Lines Advisor, you will serve as a trusted partner to your clients, guiding them through coverage decisions with clarity, care, and integrity. You will take ownership of your book of business, deliver proactive communication, and ensure every client feels educated, supported, and confidently protected. Your key responsibilities may include:
- Manage and grow a book of personal insurance clients
- Consult on home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance needs
- Analyze risks and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Serve as a trusted advisor, not a salesperson
Requirements
- Must be located in North Carolina
- Experience in personal insurance or similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Integrity-driven: We prioritize doing what’s right for the client
- Organized and consistent follow-up habits
- Ability to manage renewals, closings, and client life events with professionalism
Benefits
- Base salary: $45K–$75K
- Additional bonus/incentive: $6K–$15K (Year 1)
