Green Clean Janitorial is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our growing team in the Raleigh area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality floor care and has hands-on experience with specialty flooring, including terrazzo and carpeted surfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and scrubbing
- Clean and maintain terrazzo floors, carpeted areas, and other specialty surfaces
- Perform carpet cleaning using commercial equipment
- Safely use and maintain floor equipment, tools, and cleaning chemicals
- Move furniture and equipment as needed to complete floor work
- Follow floor care plans and safety procedures
- Report floor damage, maintenance issues, or supply needs
- Maintain a professional presence at all client sites
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule based on project needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Floor Technician is required
- Proven experience with terrazzo floor care and carpet cleaning
- Knowledge of floor equipment, chemicals, and proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Must be open to travel as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Must meet Green Clean Janitorial standards for professionalism and reliability
