Dealer Financial is looking for a relationship-driven sales professional to serve as the face of our brand in Charlotte and Western North Carolina. In this role, you'll manage your own territory, build deep relationships with independent auto dealers, and help them grow through access to flexible financial products. What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a portfolio of independent auto dealers across your assigned territory
- Identify and onboard new clients through cold outreach, referrals, and in-person visits
- Serve as the trusted advisor and go-to contact for your dealer network
- Conduct proactive service visits to address issues and maintain compliance
- Represent the brand in your territory, at auto auctions and industry events
- Manage your schedule and territory independently with limited supervision
What Success Looks Like
In your first 6 months, you'll be expected to:
- Build a strong pipeline of new dealer relationships
- Drive consistent portfolio growth, product adoption and dealer compliance
- Enhance Dealer Financial's standing as a preferred industry partner in your territory
- Achieve measurable engagement and retention metrics
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, commercial lending, or auto finance
- Working knowledge of independent dealers and the wholesale vehicle market
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mentality with a track record of exceeding goals
- Ability to travel daily throughout your region; valid driver's license required
- Physically able to drive long distances and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Bonus Points For
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
