Bison is hiring OTR In-Cab Instructor Truck Drivers.

Compensation:
- Up to 80 CPM : 70CPM base PLUS 6-10 CPM instructor premium depending on experience
- Earn average $1,750 - $2,000 per week
- $3,500 sign-on bonus - we value your experience
- 2 Weeks Out, Home 2-3 Days

Responsibilities:
- Provide over-the-road training for new CDL-A drivers with less than six months of experience.
- Share a truck with the trainee throughout the training period.
- Offer refresher training for experienced drivers and remedial training for those on development plans.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of verifiable, accident-free Class A truck driving experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate new drivers.
- Experience in driver training is preferred but not required—your passion for safety and teaching is what matters most.
- Willingness to share truck space with students for up to five weeks at a time.
- Completion of a two-day ICI certification class
- Maintain acceptable safety, operations, shop, and training performance
- Attend quarterly ICI meetings
- Continuous training via online sources and in-person classroom events
