Position Overview:
We are hiring a dependable and customer-focused Cashier to handle payment transactions, support daily point-of-sale operations, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. This on-site role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism while working in a fast-paced environment in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions accurately using cash, credit, and electronic payment methods.
Provide friendly, professional service while assisting customers at the point of sale.
Handle cash drawers, balance transactions, and follow cash-handling procedures.
Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges according to company guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient checkout area.
Answer basic customer questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
