What You’ll Do

As an Infant Room Teacher Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm and nurturing atmosphere for our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the lead teacher in daily care and activities for infants.
• Supporting a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Engaging infants with age-appropriate activities to encourage development.
• Helping with feeding, diapering, and other essential caregiving tasks.
• Building positive relationships with parents and keeping them informed about their child’s day.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure the highest quality of care.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is compassionate, reliable, and eager to contribute to the growth and well-being of the children in our care. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience working with young children, preferably infants.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and caregiving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient and nurturing demeanor.
• The ability to maintain a safe and clean environment.
