Client Experience Lead

What you’ll do:

Talk to clients before they have to ask. Deliver finished work with accuracy and care. Coordinate with our production team so nothing drops. Be able to troubleshoot when things get messy or chaotic. Show up on filming days at the top content studio in Cape Fear. And create experiences that always reaffirm our clients choosing us as their strategic partner.

You’re the right person if:

You’re not easily bothered or offended with client needs. You’re proactive, and kind of obsessively organized enough to juggle multiple client relationships without dropping anything. If you were in Wilmington, North Carolina, that would be absolutely incredible. If you're on the East Coast, that would be great. If you're not local we could definitely still talk.

You’ll for sure stand out if you have:

Faith-based values, veteran or military spouse background, experience in podcasting, content creation, hospitality, or high-touch client services.
