Travel Physical Therapist Job in Concord, NC - $11,480 per Month (2 Years Experience Needed)

Job responsibilities:
- Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety.
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations.
- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
- Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
