Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support our HR systems and processes. This role involves a mix of technical and functional responsibilities, including system support, data management, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for HR systems and respond to user inquiries.

  • Assist with system updates, data entry, and reporting tasks.

  • Maintain documentation and training materials.

  • Monitor system activity and ensure data accuracy.

  • Collaborate with HR and other departments on system-related initiatives.

  • Participate in testing, file building, and vendor integrations.

  • Support compliance reporting and government submissions.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration.

  • Hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits (Open Enrollment & 401(k)), Performance Management, Time/Attendance, and Merit Processing.

  • Experience with reporting and data conversion for HRIS systems.

  • Familiarity with testing and file building for benefit vendors.

  • Experience supporting EEO and government reporting.

  • Technically proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms, and Excel (including imports, formulas, and data validation).

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
