Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support our HR systems and processes. This role involves a mix of technical and functional responsibilities, including system support, data management, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple HR functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support for HR systems and respond to user inquiries.
Assist with system updates, data entry, and reporting tasks.
Maintain documentation and training materials.
Monitor system activity and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with HR and other departments on system-related initiatives.
Participate in testing, file building, and vendor integrations.
Support compliance reporting and government submissions.
5+ years of experience in HRIS administration.
Hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits (Open Enrollment & 401(k)), Performance Management, Time/Attendance, and Merit Processing.
Experience with reporting and data conversion for HRIS systems.
Familiarity with testing and file building for benefit vendors.
Experience supporting EEO and government reporting.
Technically proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms, and Excel (including imports, formulas, and data validation).
