Trainer I
GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program. GDIT delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training from Squad through Echelon Above Brigade (EAB).

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:
Provides classroom based instruction on multiple Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS).
Delivers small, medium and large collective training events / exercises in accordance within the established MTC training program.
Supports Unit Commander’s Training Objectives by developing training methods and materials such as curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on consultation with client / user specifications.
Develops TSP training products that include comprehensive operational procedures for an integrated federation of C2IS and Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) simulation / stimulation systems.
Participates in Event / Exercise lifecycle management (planning, preparation, execution and recovery, AAR). Consults with users to design, create, and configure systems to meet their training requirements.
Assists in the development of training environments that are unique to unit training requirements.
Completes setup and configuration of systems, conducts testing, troubleshooting and modification of systems as required.
Participates in internal AARs upon completion of training
Certifies IAW the Professional Development and Certification Program (PDCP)
Performs other duties as required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BA/BS or equivalent years of experience
Experience: 5 years of military training and training support operations; MTC experience highly preferred
Required Technical skills:
Training / instruction expertise
Hands on expertise on C2IS and Sim-Stim systems and integration
Robust knowledge of the Army and Joint Event Life Cycle and planning processes, simulation and tactical network architecture
Security Clearance: Secret Clearance required to start.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Superb presentation and communication skills
Strong ability to advise and educate leadership through non-technical terms on JELC / ELM requirements and Simulation objectives
Must be able to lead a planning team to create a high-fidelity, realistic training event in a Live, Virtual, and Constructive environment to meet customer requirements
Location: Onsite at Ft Bragg, NC
