Industrial Maintenance Technician
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Huntersville, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's machinery and equipment. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance equipment reliability.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
