Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support the preventative maintenance and efficient operation of commercial HVAC systems. In this role, you will inspect, service, clean, and replace filters across A/C, ventilation, and exhaust systems, while diagnosing issues and collaborating with other trades to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Inspect, service, clean, and replace filters in A/C, ventilation, and exhaust equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other trades to complete work efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Hands-on HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Certification (preferred but not required).

Work Environment

This role is based in a climate-controlled office facility. Uniform shirts, pants, and hats are provided.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with rotating on-call duties.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
