Mental Health Therapist - Remote | WFH

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual therapy sessions via video and phone, providing individualized treatment plans for patients.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of mental health conditions in adolescents and adults using evidence-based practices.

Maintain detailed clinical records, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and discussions with leadership as needed.

Support the development of innovative virtual healthcare solutions alongside clinical and product teams.

Ensure compliance with all patient confidentiality regulations, including federal and state health information privacy laws.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in providing evidence-based therapy for PTSD, anxiety, and depressive disorders.

Ability to offer both individual and family therapy.

Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

Interest in advancing virtual healthcare solutions and telehealth best practices.

Willingness to obtain additional state licensure (costs covered).

Required Qualifications:

At least 3+ years of independent clinical practice diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.

Master's degree or higher in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.

Completion of required supervised training under a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (or equivalent per state regulations).

Active LICSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LPCC, or LMFT license allowing for independent practice.

Licensure in at least one of the following states: AR, CA, KY, MD, NC, OH, OR, TN, VA, or WA.

Work Environment:

100% Remote Position (Telehealth model).
