Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary: $30-$32/hr based on experience

1. Evening Shift 1445-2315 Full Time and Part Time. No PRN.

Join our compassionate Nursing team, delivering exceptional support at Smithfield Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center! Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department
2. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
3. Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
5. Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
7. Full Time staff scheduled 80 hours and work every other weekend.
8. Part Time staff must work every other weekend, and 2 days Monday - Friday.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) or Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ) license
2. Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively
