About the Opportunity
Were looking for a driven and accountable Sales Manager to lead and elevate our growing team at Protocase USA.
As the Sales Manager (Canada) you'll:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives and Account Managers in our Wilmington office.
Take full ownership of sales outcomesdeveloping strategies, setting targets, and ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture with an emphasis on accountability, results, and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to align sales efforts and drive strong customer experiences.
Analyze sales metrics, evaluate team performance, and use data to continually improve tactics and results.
Build strong relationships with key clients and help open new opportunities across engineering, design, and tech sectors.
About You
Our ideal candidate is a flexible thinker with strong problemsolving skills who is passionate about sales leadership and continuous improvement.
Heres what youll need to succeed:
Education:
A Bachelors degree in Business or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role (or managing a team of sales professionals), preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors.
Skills
o Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets and margins.
o Strong analytic abilities and flexible thinkingcomfortable with data, metrics, and turning insights into action.
o Experience working across disciplines to drive projects, influence operations, marketing and product decisions.
o Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills. Ability to motivate, challenge and develop highperforming sales teams.
o A selfstarting attitude with excellent time management skills to ensure projects and sales initiatives are completed on schedule.

At Protocase, we believe in recognizing and rewarding hard work and dedication. Our starting annual total compensation packageincluding base salary and performance incentivesranges from US$120,000 to US$200,000+depending on experience and performance.
